As an established professional, who has spent many years working professionally both as a software engineer and in various aspects of the recruitment industry, Sarah brings years of experience in various facets to the table. She has also helped others find successful careers.

She will sit down with you either in person or via Skype, if not local to the Los Angeles area, and will discuss your issues, goals, and aspirations. Each client gets a unique game plan. Sarah meets each client at preset intervals, usually once per week. Each session is unique and tailored for the individual.

Friends and family cannot provide the guidance and push needed to accomplish goals. They tend to view you through history colored glasses, not to mention their own desires for you. That is different that your own aspirations. Solving problems is a team effort. Each side has to do their part. Sarah will listen and be your guide, something like a drill sergeant, but coaching is different than boot camp. The job of her client is to do the tasks agreed upon in our sessions accurately and in a timely manner.

Most of us are not good at solving problems alone. Problems in one area of life, usually manifest in other areas of life. Life does take a village.
